I hope the rain is over for a while

I dont' know how much rain we've gotten in my area but it's been a
bunch, jsut about every other day here comes another inch to 4
inches. supposedly after the weekend it's suppose to be sunny and dry
for a while.

It's hard to mow a yard when it's so soggy too.

BUT! better is coming. It's kind of nice to be in between the furnace
and air conditioner mode though.

We sent to the Nats-Phillies game last night, and there was supposed to
be a good chance of a t'bumper. Didn't happen. Game went 12 innings. Our
guys lost. Great game .

Baseball. What's the point. Where's the pleasure in watching a bunch of
unshaven men spitting and scratching their balls for two hours. Were you
trying to get the landlady aroused?

Well, around here, it finally cleared up and is bright, sunny, no
clouds, light air with a northern breeze. and it's now about 62
degrees outside. Might get down in the 40's tonight. I don't mind it
at least it will help dry some of this stuff out.

WAFA has trashed sports on many occasions. You might be right. The
landlady might have been questioning his masculinity.

Baseball. The most boring game ever. And again, the alleged Yale
educated engineer, reporter, and writer can't even get his first
sentence correct!

He was Summa Cum Loudly from a jerkwater Kansas community college.

You ain't kidding. Saw a tremendous amount of flooded fields on my
trip to Champagne yesterday.
We missed most of the heavy stuff up here, but my grass needs cutting
twice a week, and it's hard to find a break in the rain to get it cut.
