1. Do you deny waterboarding is torture?

2. Do you deny the United States engaged in waterboarding during the Bush
Administration?

3. Do you still deny waterboarding is and was illegal?

4. Do you believe the United States should engage in torturing prisoners?

Thanks.

* * *A total of about 218 mins. * *Done in 20-30 second sessions, as I
understand.
3. *Same as answer number 1.
4. *No. * *But the definition of what is the status of a prisoner needs to
be qualified better.
* * *Treatment of uniformed military in war time is legally covered by
international law and agreement.
* * *Wearing disguises or the uniform of the enemy gets you shot as a spy.
* * *The question is what status is a non-uniformed, non-citizen foreign

Thankfully, unlike Harry, you are bright enough to understand the
difference between your's (or anybody's) OPINION and legal fact. Just
look how Harry worded his blather, that water boarding IS torture. I'd
like to see the legal precedent for that statement.
