I had that problem when I first started spending a lot of time on
terminals. I got one of those foam cuffs that broke me of the bad
habit of rocking my hands back away from the keyboard while I was
"waiting". Try to keep your wrist straight when you type and get away
from the keyboard when you are waiting.
