We have medical waste can when a clump of cells dies from a miscarriage or a
medical procedure.

Have you ever been to a funeral for a miscarriage? Why not?

homicide.

Note the phrase 'before it is viable'. Contrast this with late term
abortions where the baby must be killed before delivery.
