VoIP Planner/Analyst
San Antonio, TX
Duration: 12-24 Months
Rate: 40/Hr

Job Description:

· Client in San Antonio, TX is looking for VoIP Planner/
Analyst candidates.
· Looking for someone with a lot of design and engineering
experience in the Cisco VoIP area.
· Cisco Unified Application Environment (CUAE) is required.
· The selected individual will be part of the Voice Technology
Development team that maintains and supports the client's voice
network.
· This person will support strategic and tactical planning
design implementation and third level support of voice systems. They
may lead and/or participate in various projects and provide technical
guidance for evaluation and testing of various emerging voice
technologies to continually improve the client's voice network
infrastructure
· The qualified candidate will possess voice systems
technology planning project management and systems installations
experience.
· The candidate must possess in depth technical knowledge and
experience with implementation of Cisco IP Communications Systems and
Cisco Unity Voice Messaging.
· This position will focus on enhancements to our Cisco IP
Telephony and Unity Voice Messaging environment.
· Knowledge of system design feature capability problem
resolution and application development.
· Cisco Unified Application Environment CUAE is required.
· Basic knowledge of Aspect Automated Call Distribution
systems data network equipment and good understanding of local long
distance and 800 products and features is preferred.
· The ability to manage multiple projects and work across all
levels and disciplines is required.
· The candidate should be able to effectively work in a team
environment and have the flexibility to adapt to changes.
· Strong organizational and time management skills are
necessary as is the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
required.
· Familiarity with scripting languages desired.

Experience with any or all of these is now also required.

Client would like to see candidates that also have Collaboration
experience; things like Presence, IM, web collaboration, SharePoint,
and integration with IP Telephony.
