It operates Boaters World stores.... and for moving the "mail order"
operations offshore.... I hope they go under. Good riddance....
especially because they lied to me and told me that the brick and
mortar Boaters World Stores and the "mail order" group were unrelated
concerns.


I'd like to see content labeling on goods and services that would
indicate the country of origin of products and the country of origin
from which customer service or professional services is being provided.

Bought my video camcorder (canon gl2) at Ritz, great store, excellent
service. Sorry to hear of their problems.

Bought my video camcorder (canon gl2) at Ritz, great store, excellent

Newer technology overtakes older technology. Happens everyday and you
can't stop it. The general public does not need to get their pictures
"processed" at a retail photo processor when they can buy a printer that
will print their pictures when and where they want.

With the advent of the Internet the common every day picture taker
doesn't need the advice of a professional photographer to purchase a
camera anymore.

Yeah... but when one spends a 2-3 grand on a camera it is nice to be able to
talk to someone before buying, especially with all the features these
prosumer cameras have. I can somewhat equate it to buying a boat... you
can learn alot on the internet but when you actually purchase and spend that
kind of money it is nice to deal with a physical store and a person who will
hopefully be there tomorrow.

It's also nice to talk to someone who wasn't selling freezers the week
before.
