The real question is how are you going to tell India and China that
they can't develop their economy and give all of their citizens the
same lifestyle the west has.
Can we really afford a declining economy ... or even one without
exponential growth. Unfortunately the debt load we have taken on
demands it.
We had better just plan on a warmer globe.

The only reason China, India and Russia care about global warming is
that it will depress Western Europe and the USA's economies.
