Well, for many years, we used to spend at least a week at Bal Harbour in February. Beautiful beaches, not crowded at all, and terrific fishing about a mile offshore. Solution to Florida's population problems and development problems is to outlaw Air Conditioning. My fantasy is to develop a bio-engineered bacteria that eats freon.
