This is where you find out about major shrinkage.

90*F on the ground isn't 90*F at 12,500 AGL factor in the wind chill at
120 MPH.

If I recall, the average temperature lapse rate is 3.5F per thousand
feet. So, about 45F at atitude, with a 100 MPH breeze.
