Two weeks.
Daschle is done, but it does make an opening for Howard Dean.

Dean really should have been first choice for that position. I
understand why Obama chose Daschle, but it was a bad move from the
start. I wouldn't blameDean if he was not interested in being "sloppy
seconds", but I have a feeling that if asked, his sense of duty to
country would override his personal feelings.

Dean is a screamer and has been hidden from view for the past two years.
The Democrats won the White House in spite of him not because of him.

The scream never happened in the way it appeared on TV. What you heard

The Dems won a lot more than just the white house. They gained in the
house and senate as well as tons pf state and local elections. Thank
you Dr. Dean for your 50 state strategy. It worked!- Hide quoted text -

What worked was the bought and paid for media not addressing any
issues and billions of our dollars helping ACORN cheat in several key
states...

True, but you fail to understand what actually happened. If you had
been there, you would not have heard what people heard on TV. It was
made to appear that his scream was out of proportion to the
surroundings and kind of crazy. It wasn't. No different than what
would happen at a superbowl game if you put a mic a few inches from
one screaming fan out of the many thousands.
