I recall oft-discussed complaints of Reagan spending for things like Star
Wars or rebuilding the military after Carter, but your theory is a new one
one me.

Of course his spending fueled big business and small business alike by
generating many new contracts, subcontracts, new jobs and business growth.
Sounds like something we could use now.
