I'd have a pro do it, but.....
If I was going to do it myself I'd go to a pro, by taking the boat to
him and paying for advice, or paying him to come out give the advice.
Shouldn't cost but a hundred or so.
I bet it would save you time and grief in the end.
Do you have the new seat(s)?
