Hey, she took over a up and running, successful charity and kept it going for a while...;) I am about as far as it gets from a lib. Palan cost the repubs with a brain. You can't win without the right side of the curve. Casady But her daughter just gave birth. Too bad mommy never explained the birds and the bees to her. I wonder if the youngest Palin daughter will be single and pregnant when her mommy next runs for office? Just an opinion Harry, but I doubt if she'll ever run for POTUS or VP again in her lifetime. probably be happy as gov of AK. or maybe a senate seat. But I really don't think she'll run for higher office. She could make more as a talk show host than as governor of Alaska. She is not bright enough to be a U.S. Senator. But she is politically ambitious, and at least some portion of the GOP base thinks she is the cat's pajamas. Between her own awful interviews and the gentle skewering Tina Fey gave her, I can't see her winning a national election. But who knows in this country. |

And that's just scratching the surface. --Vic |

He does seem as dumb as a post. Maybe Palin would fit in... |

Looking at a lot of our senators, does not seem to be a requirement that they be brainy. |

History will not be kind to the Alaskan bimbo. Repubs stepped on their dicks with that one. Casady Please. They might have stepped on each others' dicks, but not on their own. There are still Republican posters in this newsgroup who believe Sarah Palin is the Joan of Arc of the GOP, its saviour. If she emerges as its presidential candidate in 2012 or 2016, she, too, will be burned at the stake, figuratively, at least. Harry, you've never told us what you thought of this: "Frankly, your constant crossposting into the two metalworking groups and showing everyone your ass, appears to be a pathetic cry for attention. I notice you have largely worn out your welcome on the boat newsgroup, ....its not even in your the cross post list. Most of your posts are not. One assumes you have come over to the metalworking groups, and left out your boat group, because you really didnt want the other there, who already hold you in deep contempt, from seeing you get your ass handed to you in such a regular fashion." Pretty perceptive guy, that Gunner. No? -- ** Good Day! ** John H He's got him nailed! "Precious!" |
