doctrine, but I've heard of very few that actually want to reinstate it. *
Obama, for one, is on the record against reinstating it.

That was before he was for it.. He did say he would sign it if it came
across his desk as POTUS.. but that's just how Obama rolls, just
depends on what audience he is pandering to..
