You do have to agree, they do sound very similar.

No way. *Doug may have been a pain at times and his discussion
technique was strictly dialectic in the Socratic tradition, but he was
widely read and fairly interesting.

Well, let's leave it at that.

He headed for the hills when Harry and Don and JimH came back here
with nothing but vugarities and insults. A lot of people bailed at
that time.
