I have a feeling it's more entertainment to most viewers, kind of like listening to Jon Stewart or reading the Daily Kos. My oldest listens to nothing but NPR, no TV, and sometimes reads the New York Lies on line. Most currant issues go right over her head, but she has all the talking points and considers herself informed.. It's just nuts... |

So what? I don't want to have sex with her, I want to be informed a little and entertained a lot by her. And like Maddow, Frank is very, very smart. I prefer *smart* political leaders, which probably is one of the reasons why I disliked George W. Bush so much. Frank also is at the top of the class in providing *constituents with the kinds of services that keep getting him re-elected in his district, and in championing civil right and civil liberties issues. Frank has his faults and has misstepped a few times, but the same can be said about everyone else. I appreciate Frank helping to "out" those conservative Republicans still in the closet who are gay and speak out against gays and gay rights.
