It looks like a good friend is trying to help you out, but it probably would
have been more helpful if he had called you to discuss or actually sent you the email that was being circulated. I can't really understand what you are supposed to do when someone tells you that someone is circulating a listing of your personal information. I guess you should now hide in fear that someone is going post that personal information. All I have to say is be afraid, be very very afraid.
