Suggested GPS handeld

Is there a well known handeld device, with built in GPS receiver, that
stands up above the others? Could be Windows Mobile based.....

I assume you mean for driving?? Stick with Garmin (nuvi or 3XX) or tom tom
If you are looking for Aviation, boating or hiking... go with Garmin but
let us all know what you want to do with it...
