Default modar triton 55/75 plug connector schematic

All 6 wires corroded off the plug that goes into the back of my Modar
Triton 55/75 VHF marine radio. Can anyone tell what wire is supposed
to go to each pin so I can rewire it.

Thanks

Ken'll sell you a whole schematic for it for $5.50 and shipping.

I found a reference to it from Rodger's Marine Electronics in Oregon on
their history page. They list a contact page and I bet if you send an
email to the service department guy he can tell you what pins are what or
email you a picture of the Modar's service manual page with the plug on it.

Here's a UK place that has the manual, too:

Hope this helps...It's all Google found! I used to have the same radio
Motorola made for 2 meter ham radio, the Motorola Metrum. I won it at
Charleston, SC's first hamfest way back then when it was new and the
hottest 2m rig sold!

Well it just so happenes that I have the information your looking for.

Send me an email and I will return a schematic for the Motorola
Triton 55/75 Power-Cord. I am probubly one of the few Radiomen
left, that actually have parts to repair Triton 12's and 55/75's.

Plastic Plug as you look at it from the wireside, with the notches on
the Top.

Right/Top Negative12Vdc/Ground
Right/Bottom Positive 12Vdc
Center/Top Handup Switch/Ground
Center/Bottom Hangup Switch/Hot
Left Top Speaker Loop/In
Left/Bottom Speaker Loop/Out

And I'm one of the others. Brings back memories. I still have the
complete Triton Radio Service manual from 1977, actually a 3-ring
binder 3-inches thick. It has the nice big fold-out schematics that you
can actually read without a magnifying glass.
