Auto helm 6000 crapped out
 

Anybody know anything about the autohelm 6000 ? Is there supposed to
be 12V on the bottom side (not the plug in side) of the unit ?
There are two pairs of blk and red wires coming in. One is main power
(has twelve volts) The other is labled clutch motor (has no voltage)..
Can anybody help.
