OziExplorer now with AIS

New Development Version 3.96.2a:

The modification I most apreciate in this release (Beta yet) is the
direct support for AIS in Ozi, this is a fantastic improvement ...
Now Ozi is pair with the others again. Good news for the thousands
of Ozi users around the world... Congratualtion for Des Newman.
