autohelm 1000
 

My autohelm 1000 tiller pilot have problems. It doesn't function and
give a little bip lower than normal, there is a reset procedure?
samebody may help me? Tanks

There are several models of Autohelm 1000 tillerpilot.
Start by going to the Raymarine website.
- Customer Service
- Owner's Manuals (there are several 1000 - be sure to look for autopilot)
You can download most manuals there. Even the older versions.

On the ST1000+, I believe there is a way to make it revert to the
default values, but I do not find it in my manual that is here.

Check for corrosion at the back of the watertight plug,
where the boat wiring enters the plug.

Dear matt, tanks for your answer, i don't know excsatly the version of
my autohelm 1000, on the bottom there are these number z071 and b70238,
on my manual also i don't find any reset procedure, i'll try to visit
raymarine website. tanks and regards Andrea from Italy

Tanks Evan, now i'll open it and ceck for corrosion on boat wiring
