No electric power to outboard engine (Johnson 150 outboard)

Engine will not any get power to turn over. Engine lift and VHF radio
are powered but not indicator panel (volt meter, gas guage, engine
light, etc.) I have a fully charged battery and I just installed a new
ignition switch.

Any ideas how to diagnose the problem?

Since you just replaced the ignition switch, my first thought would be
to carefully check the connections on the ignition switch, and any
wiring that you may have disturbed while replacing the switch.

It would also possibly help to know WHY the ignition switch got
replaced.

I bet he blew the fuse when the old switch touched ground without having
the battery disconnected.
