Anybody using a Rutland wind generator???

Hello all,
I've seen lots of debate about wind generators, but little has been
said about the Rutland. I need information from folks who actually own
one.
The Rutland is the quietest generator in my marina and is the first to
start spinning in the morning as the wind comes up. I realize that it
has a small swept blade area and won't be a big amp producer, but my
question is: is there any useful amperage coming out of the light air
that is spinning the blades?
It would seem that in predominately light area regions, useful output
at low speeds would translate into more charge than the rare high
output from a more powerful unit.
What say you?

I bet these spinning generators, from any manufacturer, are actually
freewheeling because the batteries are already charged by the AC line
chargers plugged into the marina, exceeding the wind generator's voltage
regulator setting, shutting down the amps from the wind genny....

Look and see if these boats are plugged into the dock with these spinning
generators....If so, they're on AC charging, eh?

Sorry no experience with the Rutland.....just a lot of free wheeling gennys
someone should have lashed down when they docked the boats!
