satellite radio-carribean coverage

I want to be able to use this new radio/music source. I will be in the Western
Carribean next year and Eastern Carribean the next. Will I be able to get it or
am I dreaming?

dreaming, You will only be able to pick it up at most 75Nm off USA shore.
Market not therre for the Carribean

Sat radio went dead about 25+/- NM NW of Provodencialis in Turks &
Caicos. Nothing more SE of there.
