ANN and ANL are North American standards. Bussman makes both. Alston
in Austrailia uses CNN and CNL for the same time/current characteristics. ENL is a similar designator. I suspect this kind of difference , despite I don't know the acronym meaning. Unfortunately I am unable to find ANN fuses in Italy, while ANL are available. Thanks for the info Manlio ANN fuses are very fast blow. ANL fuses are slower. FOr example a 35A ANN will blow in .3 seconds when hit with 70 amps. An ANL will blow in about 10 seconds.
