A linux box
Not sure if I mentioned it, but I've managed to network my Zaurus to my
windows notebook via the Zaurus's USB cradle. Whenever its sitting in its cradle I can mount /home to my notebook's filesystem. And I can also use telnet to work within a bash shell, using my notebook's keyboard and a terminal window. That gives me access to the Z as though it is a linux account, kind of like telnetting into an ISP. Now if only I could find a better editor to run on the Z than vi. I don't have a C compiler installed, or I would just recompile something written for other computers. Dave -- DJO |
