... Gaskets.

I ordered head gasket set from my local LaBorde seven weeks ago.. they
called today to say they have all the gaskets, apart from the head
gasket!

Apparently they order from head office in Chicago who wait till there
are enough orders to 'make up a box' before despatch. I was offered
'special delivery' as an extra but was also told at the time that they'd
all be in within 2 weeks, so I said to let it take its time. Silly me.

What a waste of wind on the lake..
