Up on Thetis Island, there's a wonderful coffee shop not far from the harbor.

They have an old time coffee roasting machine named "Gertrude."

Several times a year they roast peanuts in Gertrude to clean the works. There's
apparently a standing list of people waiting a turn to buy the coffee flavored
roasted peanuts.
