I have obtained the best information about current conditions by phoning in advance to check what the rules are today. http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/toolbox/contacts/ports/ The web info can be confusing and out of date. Generally, if you own the vessel and everybody on board is a Canadian with a passport, then you can probably land without difficulty at any port of entry. Ryk |
