Default AOL Suing Boating Navigation Website over "similarities"

Has anybody used this site? It didn't seem very useful when I looked at
it. I made some suggestions and had some email exchanges with them but
they hadn't changed anything when I checked a while later. I'd forgotten
all about it until now.

From the few trademark cases I remember where big companies are pitted
against small ones, I'd say they are toast without expressing any opinion
on the reasonablness of it.

I looked at it a while ago also... the UI seemed a bit clunky. It's an
interesting idea, not sure how useful it really is for sailboats.

Screw AOL!

I'm suprised they haven't tanked.

Obviously I still use them, only because they went to the free
edition. Otherwise I wuld have canned them 10 years ago.
