anyone have experience as to which is a better place to have work done. ie
labour rates and quality as well as recomendations on people and places

I think Trinidad is your best bet for the widest variety of services.
Grenada now has a duty free yard and one yard that does great paint work.
The best work is still being done in florida. Venezuela having problems
with Chavez.
