Just out of curiosity I had a look at his prices.

He offers 20' of 5/16" chain with 200 ft. of 9/16 rope as an anchor
rode for $287, plus shipping.

I just bought 300 ft. actually 110 Mtrs of 5/8" nylon rope for US$
141, delivered. Is 20 ft. of 5/16" chain really worth $146?

I didn't bother to check any more.....
