Looking for a flexible, quite runny liquid, stick-to-anything sealant

Would like to pour it down the opening around the s/s (which is 1/2" x
2"). The water comes out 3' aft of where it leaks in.

Before you seal in all the water that has already intruded between your deck
and core, you'll want to be sure you've gotten the core dried out, and that
the core remains in good shape. Otherwise, you're just creating a hothouse
for the rot to grow and destroy the boat.
