Satellite Radio Coverage W. Coast of Mexico

I'm considering going with a satellite radio service for a 6-month cruise to
the West coast of Mexico for news, music etc. I'm told it can be received
satellite radio as far south as tip of the Baja.

Does anyone have any 1st hand experience?
