Cheers Marty Sorry, but though I may disagree with many/most "US" mandates, the few times that un-representative (the US is a republic, not a democracy) governments have advanced individual initiative are all due to the despot being a "really good guy": less interested in accumulating personal power and money than actually advancing the rest of the country.
