Looking to buy a boat
 

I'm looking for a sailboat, a fairly specific one. I want to buy a:
- Center Cockpit Ketch
- 35 to 41 feet in length
- Fiberglass body with Diesel engine
- In Ontario or on the Eastern Seaboard
- made between 1970 and 1990
- looking to pay no more than $35,000 U.S.

I'm planning to travel down to Florida in Mid January, so email me about
your boat so I can stop and take a look at it.

I'm planning to buy this boat this spring from someone.
