It's an old program called Visual Page that came bundled with an early
version of Norton AntiVirus (1873 edition, I think :) I've bought newer
programs but not found one I like better. I like my html dead simple so I
don't need anything fancy.

mentioned, some more than once, but I must say I've never taken the time to
