You find the Mac26 sites to be "excited and genuine" because you're a
Mac26 fan. Likewise, not being a PDQ fan, you find them boring. If you
can't find people who are "excited and genuine" on the following link, you
are beyond hope:

http://www.pdqforum.com/phpBB2/

And no, I do not own a PDQ or any other cat. If it ain't a Rawson 30
Ketch, it's crap. ;-)

These folks seem pretty excited and genuine about their PDQ too.

Is it about being aboard their boat?
Or having a presence on the net?

Please don't take me wrong, K.
Nothing wrong with this site.
I have nothing against any other boats - or boaters (even Mac types).

It just seems to me that there are more net cruisers than wet cruisers.
And they like to bitch about stuff that is pointless in real life...

FWIW...

I'm objective to a fault. When I said PDQ sites don't exist I meant they
don't exist like the Mac26 sites where people are excited and genuine.
Some catamaran site that makes it seem like the guy is just going
through the motions bored stiff is not really a site like the Mac sites
now is it?

Yes, that's why I bought the boat, so I can have a presence on the
net. You've found me out. I guess its time to dump the boat and buy
an airplane, I can probably make a real nice site about that!

Some of us live where sailing can only be a part time avocation.
Today is my daughter's last day of school so you'll have to survive
without me for much of the summer.

And they like to bitch about stuff that is pointless in real life...

Why not? What should we bitch about?
