Default Sailing, sailing...

What a beautiful night!

The weather turned pretty yesterday. Why miss a perfect chance
to spend the night anchored out?

Still a little cool (low was about 58) but couple of blankets
were fine.

We just came in this morning to clean up, have lunch, and
hit the head(!).

Having some trouble typing this morning because the whole
room keeps rocking

The breeze last night was South steady at 4 to 5 kts.

With the tiller locked down with the tamer, I had a good
chance to try steering with the sails alone.

Reaching with the wind forward of the beam, sheeting in the
jib would turn her to lee, slacking would turn to weather.

The main did the same thing but backwards.

Quite fun.

Gonna head back out in a couple of hours.
The predicted high is 82.
Winds 5 to 10.

Hope the rest of you get out soon.
You are gonna love it!

Richard
