What's normal for a newly rebuilt engine, warmed up and at idle?

At idle, 10 to 20 psi minimum, at cruising speed, 30 to 40 would be
typical.

Default Univ. 5411 oil pressure

It's 20 - 30 cruising and 5 or less at idle. Would you accept the
rebuild?
