Looking for a UV water sterilizer for boat use. 120 VAC is OK. Prob

Try AQUAFINE, Valancia, CA. http://www.aquafineuv.com/COMPANY/News.htm

I have the model SP-1 which was originally 220 vac but I changed it over to
110 vac for a couple bucks. I'm using it on my 8 gph but it's suppose to
hand my unit when I upgrade to 24 gph. So it comes close to your
requirements. (never did know what the upper capacity limit was).

A friend of mine has a system that I think is called
something like "The Water Fixer" or something. Made by
a company in Oregon or Washington. Consists of
2 filters followed by a UV sterilizer.

I have a Water Fixer here in the cabin that has served me very
well for 12 years. The only problem I have had in that time is
the 12Vdc Switching PowerSupply that drives the UV Tube is really
cheap and burns out in two or three years. About the same life
as the GE UV Tube. Replacment Parts are lot cheaper Third Party
than OEM for this product. Filters, UV tubes Ect....

hiya

Water in a plastic bottle left out in the sun will kill 99% of all
bacteria, you cant get a much cheaper UV water treatment than that.
