Anchor Well - Water Will Not Drain

I have a 17foot, 2003 Trophy purchased last June. I have been unsucessful
in removing all the water draining into the anchor well though I've placed
the trailer winch on an eight inch wooden block and jacked it up all the
way. I also inserted a 15 foot snake without obstruction. When I withdrew
the snake it was still wet, indicating water was still present. I can't
imagine an obstruction on a three month old boat. All help appreciated.

I am going to take a guess and say that the Company put a trap in the drain
line. To prevent water from going forward when you fish off the bow.

I'd put my money on a kinked hose.
