want busted winch
 

I'm looking for a small winch to mount as a mild gag gift for my
brother-in-law. He and his wife sailed with us in June and he did a LOT
of winch cranking.

So if you have a winch kicking around corroded beyond hope of recovery
I'll be happy to pay reasonable shipping.
