The Moorings let me take out a 50, though our boat was a 21' MacGregor at the time, hardly more than a dink. I'd been on a couple of charters in the area, which probably helped. When I saw that she was a dinghy sailor, though casual, my first thought was that she is likely as good a *sailor* as most "big" boat owners.
