I am running a right-hand engine in my boat now and am replacing it with a
left-hand diesel. The question is what do I need to do to the Borg-Warner velvet drive to turn the other way? I have heard tale of removing the front pump and turning it 180 but I have not gotten that far into it yet. Any suggestions would help. o o *)\\\ |

It depends on the gear ratio. It works on most, but the 2.1 to 1 (I think).
It is described in the manual. I have a manual, but I don't know where it is at the moment.
