Thanks for posting your report. It brings back memories of places
visited, and makes me want to go back again to see places overlooked.

But, I'm amazed at how much water you covered in such a short trip!
We tend to find a nice place and hang out for a few days, it would
take us a month or two to follow that route! (Case in point: last
time we were there we spent 3 days in Potts Harbor. It was pouring
rain and we figured we might as well be stranded near the best fish
chowda in the state.)

Agree, but you did hit some of the western high points. Here's some
further east that we enjoyed last year:

Pulpit Harbor, North Haven Island

Mackerel Cove, Swans Island

Somes Sound, Mt Desert Island

Winter Harbor, Schoodic Peninsula

Sorrento Harbor, Frenchman Bay

Roque Island Harbor, East of Jonesport

Southwest Harbor - busy but good ammenities, ditto Bar Harbor, ditto
Camden

Merchant Row

Brooklin - wooden boat school

Back west:

Quahog Bay, north of Yarmouth Island

The Basin, off the New Meadows River
