Yes. Had one and it does work. However, we wound up giving it to
Goodwill after a couple uses. The reasons? Takes up stowage space and
kind of unhandy to stow. A fair amount of trouble to use - getting the
cover on and off; loading and unloading; easy to spill during, and
really doesn't hold that much.

All in all, it was a lot easier and faster to use a bucket and small
"plumber's friend". Just, if not more, effective, and less time and
trouble.
