Hanging Pictures?

Pictures in boats pose a problem that does not exist in houses: the
walls move. What are the BEST solutions for afixing pictures to
bulkheads that don't produce marks from the picture swinging with the
boat's motion, and that are secure?

Bonus points if the method allows for a different sized picture to be
mounted later

Through bolt 1/8 inch Lexan with 1/4 inch 316L machine screws to
bulkhead.

or

photo album

or

dital camera and laptop

or

a vivid memory

or

for sea scapes, try looking ouside.

I prefer the last two.

I've seen them hung the way you normally would, then velcro attached to
the bottom of the frame and wall. Or just use velcro on the whole
frame, but avoid frames with glass. They make some velcro today that
really holds on to anything.

I guess it all depends on the application. If your running offshore in
some good seas, screw through the frame into the wall. But if your a
bay guy that thinks 12 knots is flying, anything will work.

For very lightweight, unframed pictures, Bluetack is fine, but for
reasonably heavy, framed and glazed pictures, use self-adhesive velcro.

I use velcro and then remove them when it kicks up.

I plan on screwing mine on. I don't think four small screw holes will make
as much of a mess of the bulkhead as glued on Velcro.
