I always dreamed of a boat made of the same acrylic plastic as the
monstrous side window in the 80' deep Charleston Aquarium's main tank.
It's about 3" thick at the base and optically flat!

I'd much rather look down into the sea in a clear plastic hull under the
table than look out at the same ol' waves and swamp grass you're seeing
out the windows, wouldn't you?

"Wow, honey, look at the size of that WHALE 20' under our keel!"
It would never be so boring in the cabin, again....(c;

Flushing the toilet might be a traumatic experience...

Cheers!

I love the Saturna 33. I once had a neighbor who would sail to Hawaii
each fall with his. My cousin has a Truant 37 but I haven't been aboard
yet. I should have asked him about it at Thanksgiving - I had forgotten
about these boats. Thank's for the remind .

The Coronado 25 is. The Asian H28's are. I'm tired of staring at the
wall's - do you know of other boat's with a room with a view?

What's your preferred size range and budget? There are many nice raised
salon and pilothouse sailboats, but most are larger (and more
expensive).

Since others are mentioning 30'+ boats -- how about an Islander Freeport
36?

How about a Bolger Birdwatcher? I believe there was a write-up in
WoodenBoat a few issues ago...

Thank's Gary, Mat, and Rosalie for the help. I'm really looking for a
new boat. I haven't posted here at this forum for many year's. I have
forgot my original name, but Rosalie will remember me as - the guy who
was wanting to know about his AM radio while sailing too close to a
freighter - and the radar. In Puget Sound. Ohhh - you chewed-me out.
I'd like to get back to this forum as long as JAX and other troll's are
not here. Thank's All. especially you Rosalie .. Thank's
